Seed phrases

If it’s typed into a website, it’s already compromised.

The master key: offline, boring, never photographed into the cloud.

A seed phrase recreates your wallet. Treat it like the deed to a house written on paper.

Write it offline. Store it where thieves and flatmates can’t casually find it. Consider metal backups for serious amounts.

Never enter a seed to ‘fix,’ ‘claim,’ or ‘stop a penalty.’ Those words are theatre.

If you already typed a seed into a site, move funds to a fresh wallet immediately — then retire the old one.
